Joe Brownback, CFP®, CFA, CKA®

Joe was born and raised in Fort Worth and attended Texas Christian University, graduating cum laude with a degree in International Economics and minors in Political Science, Religion, and Spanish.

Before entering financial services, Joe worked as a general manager and personal trainer. That experience shaped something he still enjoys today: getting to know people, understanding what matters to them, and helping them make meaningful progress toward their goals.

Joe began his financial services career with one of the largest financial institutions in the world, providing financial planning and investment advice to executives of Fortune 500 companies. Today, he enjoys helping individuals and families bring clarity to their finances and make thoughtful decisions about retirement, investing, taxes, generosity, and the legacy they hope to leave.

As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, Chartered Financial Analyst®, and Certified Kingdom Advisor®, Joe is committed to continued learning. Just as importantly, he enjoys taking complex financial topics and making them easier to understand so clients can make decisions with greater confidence and purpose.

Joe believes financial planning is ultimately about more than numbers. It is about being a good steward of what you have been given and using your resources intentionally. For clients who desire it, he enjoys incorporating biblical wisdom into conversations about wealth, generosity, investing, and financial decision-making.

Faith is also an important part of Joe’s life outside the office. He serves as the Worship Pastor at The Abbey Church, where he enjoys helping lead the congregation in worship and ministry.

Joe and his wife, Alyssa, enjoy staying active and spending time with their daughter, Esther. As a family, they love the outdoors and have a goal of visiting at least one national park each year.
